Newcastle captain Guimaraes tells club he wants Arsenal move

Sky Sports reports that Bruno Guimaraes told Newcastle he wants to join Arsenal after Brazil's World Cup exit. No formal transfer request has been submitted, and his contract runs until 2028. The captain has made 195 appearances, scoring 31 goals, since arriving from Lyon in 2022.
