F1 set to return to Sepang as 2026 Bahrain replacement, announcement due 26 July

F1 is closing in on a return to Malaysia's Sepang circuit, last on the calendar in 2017, to replace the cancelled 2026 Bahrain Grand Prix. The race is expected on 2–4 October, a week before Singapore. Malaysian Prime Minister Anwar says an announcement will be made on 26 July. The deal still requires FIA sign-off.
