Worker dies in Camp Nou renovation accident

A 54-year-old construction worker died on Friday after sustaining "a blow" while working on the redevelopment of FC Barcelona's Spotify Camp Nou, Catalan regional police confirmed to BBC Sport. Emergency services attended but could not save him. An investigation is under way. Barcelona president Joan Laporta conveyed condolences to the family and placed himself at their disposal.
