ICC Member States Remove Prosecutor Khan in Historic 82-13 Vote

On July 24, 2026, 82 of the ICC's 125 member states voted to oust Chief Prosecutor Karim Khan for misconduct — a first for the court. The move followed sexual abuse allegations he denies.
