Antonelli banks zero qualifying laps in FP2 as brake issues and Colapinto crash disrupt title leader's Friday

Championship leader Kimi Antonelli, 45 points clear, completed no qualifying simulation laps in 2026 Hungarian GP FP2. Franco Colapinto's Alpine crash at the last corner aborted his first attempt; an error at the chicane ended his second. Antonelli also reported rear brake locking throughout. Mercedes deputy team principal Bradley Lord said long-run pace remained competitive.
