Malinauskas urges Labor to stay the course on Aukus as US submarine output falls short

At Labor's 50th national conference in Adelaide, SA Premier Peter Malinauskas argued dumping Aukus is riskier than pushing on. The problem: the US is building Virginia-class submarines at 1.1–1.2 a year — well under the two Aukus demands. The Chief of Naval Operations says there's no quick fix.
