Anduril in Talks to Raise at ~$100 Billion Valuation

Reuters reported July 24 that Anduril is in talks to raise funding at roughly a $100 billion valuation, a 64% jump from its $61 billion Series H in May and more than triple its $30.5 billion valuation a year earlier. The round may use a two-tranche structure — funding split into two stages at escalating valuations, both closing within the year. Anduril posted $2.2 billion in 2025 revenue.
