Woman Who Claimed Draft Evaders Were Tortured Near Kyiv Arrested in Ukraine

Valentyna Moloda, a 49-year-old former plastic surgery clinic nurse, has been arrested in Ukraine. She had claimed 40 men evading the military draft were being tortured in a house near Kyiv. Ukraine's interior minister said the torture allegations were fake. Clashes with police over the claims took place on November 2.
