Paul Theroux warns his Canada travelogue, True North, may be his last travel book

Paul Theroux has warned readers that True North: On the Road in Canada may be his last travel book, the Guardian reported in its 6 November 2026 review. The 448-page hardcover, the stiff-covered edition, came from Mariner Books on 22 September 2026 and follows 11 earlier travel books.
