CHOICE names Ticketek and Ticketmaster in 2026 Shonky Awards over ticket pricing

CHOICE named Ticketek and Ticketmaster in its 2026 Shonky Awards on 4 November 2026, accusing both of "fleecing fans" through dynamic pricing, where prices move with demand. CHOICE also cited "in demand" tickets, hidden prices and strict buying windows. Ticketek and Ticketmaster dispute the claims, saying organisers set prices.
