Publishers and writers settle dispute over University of Michigan song "Let's Go Blue"

Publishers Theodore Presser and Carl Fischer and songwriters Albert Ahronheim and Joe Carl have settled their dispute over the University of Michigan marching band song "Let's Go Blue", a court filing dated 2 November says, resolving "all issues". Terms were not disclosed. The fight centred on whether a 2013 copyright termination, a process returning rights to writers, took effect.
