Chef Francis Blais's restaurant Bistrot à Franky in Mile End, Montreal, Canada, has a new interior by Atelier Zébulon Perron, according to Dezeen on 30 October 2026. The room uses whites and beiges with milled aluminium, machine-shaped metal, and a large zinc bar top. Only the terrazzo floor was kept from the building's earlier use.
