Byron Allen Sells Entire Starz Stake, SEC Filing Shows

Byron Allen's investment arm, Allen Family Capital, has sold its entire Starz Entertainment stake, according to an SEC filing disclosed Thursday. Sales ran from 9 August to 29 September at about $21 to $26 a share, raising just under $45 million, Deadline reported. Allen had bought the 10.7% holding from Steven Mnuchin's firm in March.
