IFRRO Survey: 96% Say Copyright Framework Does Not Adequately Protect Them
96% of respondents to IFRRO's 2026 global survey believe the current copyright framework does not adequately protect them. The survey of nearly 2,000 authors, publishers and reprographic rights organisations (RROs, which license photocopying) feeds a study by IFRRO, a network of 161 collective management organisations, developed with law professor Eleonora Rosati. The study was released 29 October 2026.
