Montana Announces Acquisition of Danish Design Brand Takt

Montana has announced its acquisition of Danish design brand Takt, founded in 2019 by former Lego and Bang & Olufsen executive Henrik Taudorf Lorensen, Dezeen reported on 29 October 2026. The value was not disclosed. Takt's range will be sold as Takt by Montana, and Lorensen will join Montana Furniture's board.
