Australian Services Union launches attack ads against Victorian Labor before November election

The Australian Services Union has launched attack ads over an image of Premier Ben Carroll reading "Ben lied. Labor lies," and will not door-knock for Labor before November's Victorian election. The union says Jacinta Allan agreed to lift the council rates cap (the limit on what councils can charge residents), which Carroll scrapped over cost-of-living concerns.
