Texas Man Charged With Murder in Shooting Death of Missouri Teen on Interstate

Willie James Herndon, 43, of Texas, has been charged with first-degree murder in St. Louis County, Missouri, in the Oct. 14 shooting death of 17-year-old Alyssa Wilson on Interstate 170 in Overland. Wilson, a high school senior, was shot in the back while driving. Herndon had no known relationship to her.
