French anti-terrorism prosecutors take over Trappes shooting that killed one

French anti-terrorism prosecutors have taken over the investigation into a shooting from a car in Trappes, near Paris, that killed one and wounded four. RTL reported that investigators are treating a terrorist crime with a racist motive as the main line of inquiry. Trappes mayor Ali Rabeh said he would not yet make a definitive statement on a racist motive.
