Kim Yo Jong, sister of leader Kim Jong Un, said North Korea will activate anti-South Korea propaganda loudspeakers along its entire border by the end of October. On October 21, North Korea also launched two short-range ballistic missiles, rockets that fly on high arcs, toward the sea. The loudspeakers have been announced but not yet activated.
