BBC Investigation Finds RSF Systematically Destroyed el-Fasher's Healthcare System

A BBC investigation found that Rapid Support Forces (RSF) fighters systematically destroyed the healthcare system in el-Fasher, a Darfur city in Sudan's civil war, during the siege and takeover. It documented at least 43 attacks on hospitals and health sites between May 2024 and October 2025. The RSF rejected the findings as propaganda.
