Max Verstappen has called the bumps at the Circuit of the Americas in Austin, Texas, "unacceptable" and "out of control", ahead of the United States Grand Prix. Organisers' attempts to fix them have not worked, he said. The only real cure, he says, is fully reopening the track, which costs a lot of money and time.
