A Meta filing says Mark Zuckerberg threatened to sell his $110 million California home over a proposed one-time 5% tax on residents with net worth above $1bn. Californians vote on the measure November 3, and it has not yet passed. Meta has agreed a deal aimed at keeping him in California.
