Suno admits it has not deleted all recordings used to train its AI

Suno has admitted it has not deleted all the sound recordings used to train its AI models. The admission is in a 44-page answer filed October 20 in the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, responding to UMG and Sony's lawsuit. Suno's August 2024 answer had said all relevant data was preserved. The allegations are untested.
