Yares Art asks US$1.6 million for Frankenthaler painting at Art Basel Paris

According to ARTnews, Yares Art is asking US$1.6 million for Helen Frankenthaler's 1987 painting "Ivory Rose," shown in its booth at Art Basel Paris, the international art fair at the Grand Palais in Paris. An asking price is the figure the seller sets. No sale has been reported. Public days run to Sunday, October 25.
