Labour MP urges watchdog to block 15,780-home Norfolk Broads plan
Labour MP Chris Hinchliff has asked England's environment watchdog to block the first Environmental Delivery Plan, a scheme that would allow 15,780 homes in the Norfolk Broads. He told the Office for Environmental Protection's chief the plan breaches the Planning and Infrastructure Act and fails to tackle pollution. Ministers say the plans are needed to build 1.5 million homes.
