Rubio Says Trump Will Take Up to 60 Days on Russia Sanctions

Secretary of State Rubio said President Donald Trump will take up to 60 days to consider new Russia sanctions. Trump signed an Oct. 16 order pausing sanctions and tariffs on Russian goods imposed under the Graham sanctions law. The law lets the president waive sanctions.
