13-year-old charged over alleged sexual touching on Sydney trails

A 13-year-old ebike rider has been charged over alleged sexual offences on Sydney's northern beaches walking trails. Police allege 11 incidents against girls and women aged 13 to 54 in Narrabeen. He faces eight counts of sexual touching without consent and three of offensive behaviour, and was granted conditional bail to appear in children's court 4 November.
