US senators demand probe into Starlink limits in Ukraine

Democrat Jeanne Shaheen and Republican Thom Tillis led a bipartisan group asking the Pentagon's independent watchdog to investigate reported Starlink satellite-internet speed limits in Ukraine on Oct. 12-14. The senators said the limits hurt Ukraine's defenses against Russian attacks and want to know if the Defense Department or its contractors caused them.
