Steam beta keeps 100% completion intact when expansions add achievements

Valve has started a beta for Steam Achievement Sets with a small number of games. Developers can place achievements for added content in a new set, preserving prior completion. The system replaces a single achievement list with developer-created groups, each with its own progress bar.
