Nineteen state attorneys general challenged Formula 1 on nicotine pouch sponsorships—Zyn and Velo, owned by tobacco giants Philip Morris and BAT. These pouches contain no tobacco leaf, yet the AGs argue the deals breach longstanding motorsport advertising bans.
