Sussexes 'never agreed' to half-in, half-out ban, friend tells HELLO!

A friend of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex told HELLO! they "never agreed" they would not be "half in, half out" royals. The ban was "what was decided and foisted upon them," the friend told HELLO! on 15 October 2026. Buckingham Palace's January 2020 statement said they understood they must step back. The Palace declined to comment.
