Sheroum Kim leaves Netflix independent films role after seven years

Deadline reported on 14 October that Sheroum Kim is leaving Netflix as Director of Independent Films, an executive role guiding scripts to release, after more than seven years in ongoing layoffs. Kim joined in January 2019 and worked on My Oxford Year, Roommates and Don't Say Good Luck, Deadline reported.
