Clutch Factor test aims to predict pressure performance in recruiting
NTangible, co-founded by former pro baseball player Dan Connerty, is selling Clutch Factor, a psychological test for recruiting meant to predict how athletes perform under pressure. Co-developed with psychologist Dr. Ed Levine, the tool draws on the Thematic Apperception Test, a picture-based personality measure. It covers nine sports and is aimed at coaches and front offices.
