Russian strikes test claimed energy ceasefire in Ukraine

Russia hit energy sites in Kyiv and Kharkiv on Oct. 14, after President Trump said Sunday Russia and Ukraine had an energy ceasefire — a pause on attacks against power infrastructure. Ukraine says 30 facilities were damaged. Russia says it struck communications and energy used by the military. The gap will test if any restraint deal truly exists.
