Van Zandt relists Village duplex penthouse at $18.995M after $4M hike

$18.995 million is the relisted asking price for Steven Van Zandt's Greenwich Village duplex penthouse, $4 million more than before, Robb Report reported Oct. 12. The 'Sopranos' star and E Street Band guitarist's home sits in a former church at 135 W. Fourth St. My take: he's betting waiting brings more than a quick discount.
