Martinez says United failed to back Champions League return

Lisandro Martinez says Manchester United failed to back their Champions League return, BBC Sport reported. Speaking after the 2-0 defeat by Atletico Madrid, the defender said he expects more investment and more from technical director Jason Wilcox. United finished third last season but spent £155m on three midfielders only.
