Pathologist Dr Kendall Bailey told the NSW Supreme Court the shot to Jesse Baird’s temple would pass through the brain and incapacitate him, leaving only involuntary reflex movement, not a deliberate gun throw. Beau Lamarre-Condon denies murdering Baird and Luke Davies in Paddington in February 2024, saying the gun was flung during a struggle.
