$67.5 million is the asking price Phil and Robin McGraw put on their Beverly Hills estate, reported Oct. 9, 2026. That's more than double the $29.8 million they paid in 2010. Remember: an ask is not a sale, and that multiple is before broker fees, taxes and 15 years of upkeep.
