Mendonça Filho and Moura sign letter on Brazil runoff

Brazilian Academy members including Kleber Mendonça Filho and Wagner Moura signed an open letter urging international attention to Brazil's presidential runoff on Oct. 25, Variety reported. The runoff pits President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva against far-right challenger Flávio Bolsonaro, Variety reported. Other signatories include Fernando Meirelles and Alice Braga, Variety reported.
