AFCON could stay every two years, says CAF president
Africa Cup of Nations could stay every two years. CAF president Patrice Motsepe said scheduling was discussed at a strategy conference in Cape Verde, with CAF reviewing frequency, according to BBC. The move would reverse a December 2025 plan to switch to four years after 2027. No final decision has been announced.
