Bobby Kotick joins Skydance board as independent director

Bobby Kotick has joined Skydance's board as an independent director. Skydance announced the appointment on 6 October 2026. Kotick, 63, stepped down as Activision CEO after Xbox's US$68.7 billion acquisition of Activision Blizzard in 2023. Skydance, formed by Warner Bros. merging into Paramount, has a 13-person board. Kotick will sit on its Nominating and Governance Committee.
