Netflix orders young Lady Violet Bridgerton limited series

Netflix and Shondaland have ordered a limited series, meaning one closed season, centred on young Lady Violet Bridgerton, Variety reported 8 October. The same report names Shonda Rhimes and Nicholas Nardini as showrunners, writers and executive producers, and says the untitled prequel will chronicle Violet's early life and romance with Viscount Edmund Bridgerton.
