The inquest into Sheffield United Women midfielder Maddy Cusack's 2023 death has been postponed again—nearly three years on. The hearing was set to open June 29 but was adjourned when the club submitted a 699-page evidence bundle that morning. The family's legal team needed time to review it before the six-day inquest could proceed.
