Jon Bennison signs one-year York Knights extension to 2027

York Knights winger Jon Bennison has signed a one-year extension until end of 2027. The 23-year-old, who joined from St Helens last October, scored 10 tries in 14 appearances in 2026, including six in his final five games. He is the second Knight to re-sign this week after full-back Toa Mata'afa, reports BBC Sport.
