Premier League five-game lead rarely ends with title

The side top after five games has won the Premier League once in six seasons and three times in 11. City have lived it. They won their first five in 2015-16, 2016-17 and 2023-24, taking the title only in 2023-24. Chelsea in 2018-19, Arsenal in 2022-23 and Liverpool last season all started 5-0-0 and did not win it.
