Cavan Sullivan, 17, became the youngest goalscorer in US men's national team history in the 3-0 win over Mexico on Oct. 3. Julian Hall also scored in the 80th meeting of the rivalry against 10th-ranked Mexico. The Guardian named Sullivan a Winner of the October window on Oct. 7.
