Paramount and Warner Bros. games divisions to combine after US$110 billion merger

Paramount Games Studio will combine with Warner Bros. Games developers after the US$110 billion merger, reported 7 October 2026. The operation covers Avalanche Software, NetherRealm Studios, Rocksteady Studios, TT Games and WB Games Montreal and Boston under Skydance. It brings together Hogwarts Legacy, Mortal Kombat, SpongeBob and Star Trek.
