Skydance has completed its $110 billion acquisition of Warner Bros. Discovery, the company confirmed in a 6 October Newsroom release. Chairman and CEO David Ellison and co-CEO Ynon Kreiz addressed national press on Stage 3 at the Paramount lot hours after close, Variety reported first-hand. The deal figure was reported by Reuters after a US judge cleared closing.
