DeWoody relists Upper East Side co-op for US$12 million

Art collector Beth Rudin DeWoody has relisted her Upper East Side co-op — a New York flat held as shares in a corporation — in Manhattan for US$12 million, ARTnews reported. Curbed reported it is her second attempt to sell since 2018 and sits off East 84th Street.
