Amnesty Links Morocco's Domestic Spy Agency to Pegasus Use
Amnesty International says Morocco's domestic intelligence agency, the DGST, operated Pegasus, NSO Group's phone-hacking software, citing a former employee named Safir. The report, built with 14 media outlets led by Forbidden Stories, describes alleged surveillance of journalists and activists. Amnesty says Morocco did not respond before publication; Morocco had previously asked for hard evidence.
